Renting in London can be quite overwhelming, but he made the whole process feel so much easier. He was always quick to reply, super helpful with all our questions, and very accommodating. He even arranged a later viewing for us, which we really appreciated!<br><br>We’re very grateful for all his help. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Communication was clear and fast, and she made what can be a very stressful time (finding a new place to live in Kensington) feel smooth and well organised. Charlotte was friendly, reassuring, and always happy to answer any questions and thanks to her support everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

3rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Mile Estates enough. Truly the best estate agents I have ever worked with. We had some hurdles with Rightmove referencing which was down to me, but Raniya and Zackary went above and BEYOND to ensure they were resolved and really fought my corner to ensure I secured the flat. I was also on an extremely tight turn around with leaving my previous place and these guys kept me so reassured through the entire process and made it happen within just over a week. They are some of the kindest & most professional agents I have come across which can be pretty rare in London. I have already recommended them to tons of people who are flat hunting. Thank you SO much!

As a team, they have a sound knowledge of the sector and the market, and can call on a strong network of trusted professionals to support every aspect of being a landlord. Kylie, their property manager, and her team are exceptional—professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Samantha Blakey at Merali Beedle Solicitors was also outstanding when I recently sold two of my properties. I cannot recommend Winkworth Notting Hill highly enough.
