19th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

Chelsea always responds quickly and takes appropriate action on all tasks. I have found her helpful and responsive on all occasions. Contracts are done on time, communications are straight and to the point, any issues are resolved quickly. Gian is always very helpful, professional and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with.
17th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I rented through Domus Nova at Sutherland Avenue and the experience after moving out has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I have been waiting since October 2025 to receive back both my deposit and advanced rent, with no resolution despite countless emails and follow-ups. Communication has been slow, unclear and often completely ignored.<br><br>The situation became so serious that I had to instruct a lawyer to pursue the return of my money — something that should never be necessary for a simple tenancy refund in London.<br><br>It is very clear that Domus Nova operates as a landlord-oriented agency, with little regard for tenants once contracts end and money is owed back.<br><br>For an agency that markets itself as high-end and professional, this level of service is extremely poor.<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Domus Nova to be extremely cautious — especially regarding rental refunds.- 11th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)I sold my property through Hamptons Kensington and was very pleased with the entire process. Jean-Charles Allegri guided us on the best strategy to maximise exposure for our home, which resulted in multiple bidders, and he kept us consistently updated throughout, making the whole experience far less stressful. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

The KFH team were excellent at securing multiple viewings eventually securing a buyer for my flat. Thank you so much Paul and Candy and I cannot recommend your services enough.

She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.
7th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

In the event, for reasons entirely beyond her control, the purchase did not proceed. But Klaudia could not have been more helpful. 23rd Feb 2026 (12 days ago)Plenty of effort went into promotion and viewings. Initial valuation exceeded our expectations but was ultimately a disappointment as no offers came close. We had already paid deposit on our next property and eventually time pressure meant that we accepted an offer £55k below asking price. This may well be a realistic valuation but suggests Savills (and others) have misread market in Ealing.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
