Our sale was managed by Amir and Ross and they were both incredibly communicative and responsive, always a pleasure to talk to and I just felt really safe with them. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

29th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

His attention to detail was second to none, leaving no stone unturned. Stephen is very solution oriented and found us great tenants in less than 24 hours of the property being online.

18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

However, when we visited a flat listed with Next Door Properties, Omar went out of his way to show us around and treated us exceptionally well. He made us feel valued, taking the time to address our concerns and ensuring we didn't feel rushed. His kindness and dedication were so impressive that we decided to choose this property through him.- 24th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Dominic Butler was great with our house purchase.
