She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

After touring many properties in London and dealing with pushy or unscrupulous agents, Daniel was a relief to deal with. We toured a fantastic property with him, and not once did we feel pressured or tricked. He was honest about issues and open to working with us and the seller to reach agreement. After offer, he made himself available for guidance on the process and ensured that things went smoothly. Highly recommend working with TK!

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

21st Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We recently purchased our first home through this agency, with our agent being Ben and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing—particularly on the day of key collection. As first-time buyers, my husband and I had certain expectations for such an important milestone. We had hoped to meet the agent in person at the property, especially as we had never met before. Instead, we were simply given instructions to collect the keys from a key safe near the front door. The experience felt impersonal and underwhelming for what should have been a special moment. We had to chase in the time, and had no clarity on what the day would look like. We were sitting around half the day waiting for updates. There was no walkthrough of the property, no guidance on things like meter readings, and no explanation of which keys operated which locks. To make matters worse, the agent left the group chat before we even had the chance to say thank you or ask any final questions. We had to chase on time, we were waiting around not knowing what to even do. We also ran into an issue where we were locked out of one of the doors and, with no support available, had to break the glass to get back inside. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a positive day. Overall, the experience made us feel like just another sale rather than valued clients. It was upsetting, as we had imagined the day would be handled with more care and consideration. As first-time buyers, that moment is really important, and we feel it was taken away from us.
