James and the team at RJE were truly great from start to finish. The videography and effort the team put in to get the right shots was brilliant and we couldn't have asked for more. Roman James Estates are like the Apple of estate agents and give that truly sharp attention to detail when advertising homes. Would 100% recommend selling or buying through them!

I couldn’t fault RJE. The whole process has been great from start to finish, but more importantly easy and completely stress free! Communication from the team was second to none, I was kept informed and up to date regularly with phone calls and voicemails (relevant and informative) if I couldn’t answer the phone. An undoubtedly optimistic and enthusiastic team with a real balance of genuinely friendly energy and professionalism. More than reasonable fees and the effort put into the photos/video/brochure of the property was pretty exceptional. I can recommend RJE to anyone with confidence. It’s been a pleasure.

This is the third occasion we have used Roman James and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They've now sold twice for us and we've bought from them. The girls in the office are amazing and can't do enough for you. Thanks for all your help this year guys.

Absolutely atrocious service. Would never recommend them. Constantly bend the truth. My empty property was suspiciously ' broken into' with the use of keys ( 3 locked doors to get in!) only people who had keys was myself and the estate agency. Property ransacked, windows left open, faeces left in the toilet, fridge and freezer left open (it was on!) and a suspicious 'bed' was found on the floor. I sent a letter to the office to which I had no reply, emailed my complaint, I was sent a response that was actually laughable with dates they had contacted me when in fact it was all the times I had called them! I paid and raised a complaint with the property ombudsman, even though I had paid they started a Money Claim Against me!
Their view was that they had introduced a buyer and marketed the property and basically do not have to do anything else to receive their fee! Customer service at its worst. Avoid . Avoid . Avoid

We live in Australia so we were worried how easy this might not be. James and the team sold the house for us for more than we thought we'd get and went above and beyond more than once.

They got me 10K more than we were asking for and I never thought I’d get that. I was ready to reduce the price but they stopped me and thank god they did as it would have cost me that £10k. Incredible service and I love that they’re a family business.

A family member recommended us to Roman James and they were everything we'd hoped for. We'd tried to sell more than once with other agencies but it wasn't until Roman James filmed our home that we got the place sold!

They don't have a clue. They seem have very poor knowledge of properties in their portfolio, they can't tell you even basic info such when they were built.
They only seem to allow short viewings (maybe so buyers don't have time to see the faults ?) the agent always seems to have to rush elsewhere.
Very poor service.
