We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.
15th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)Very pleased with the service I received from Northwood. I chose the Guaranteed Rent Scheme. A tenant was found very quickly and the move in went effortlessly. Such a relief that Northwood will be managing the property for the next 12 months and I will receive regular monthly payments. Special mention to Alicja who handled all my questions professionally, timely and politely.

7th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)Nicola from Compass Estates provided an excellent, professional service providing extensive knowledge of the process throughout. We had 2 properties to be sold and both had prospective buyers within 6 weeks. Nicola did all the dressings for photos and all property viewings which allowed more flexibility for both parties. We would highly recommend this service as it creates a far more personal touch to the process as a whole with Nicola meeting and greeting your new buyer personally at the property. We are both delighted and have gained a new friend - Thank You so much again.
