6th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bairstow Eves Kenley, particularly Maxine and Diane.<br>I genuinely believe that, had it not been for their diligence, professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding communication, the chain I was in would have collapsed.<br>After realising that my own estate agents were not managing the process effectively, I discovered that Bairstow Eves were handling the bottom of the chain. I reached out to see if we could work together, and from that moment they were exceptional. They collaborated quickly, gave me an honest and transparent assessment of the situation, and immediately took action to keep everything moving.<br>Thanks to their proactive approach and determination, the chain successfully exchanged contracts on Friday.<br>A huge thank you to both of you. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. 16th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.
