20th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)The team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Emma and her manager, Guy. They provided excellent support and kept communication flowing smoothly between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. I would definitely recommend them.
1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

Try to be British but can’t even speak properly very bad experience when trying to talk to someone .<br>Don’t even listen I don’t what she think of herself.<br>Very rude behaviour.<br>She just always put your call on hold and talk like we owe her.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

30th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
24th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business- This agent doesn't have any reviews
