They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.

13th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)After 11 years of living in London, we were lucky enough to find this agency, Sonia Estates. We had the pleasure of meeting Kam during the property viewing, and the house was beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful area.<br><br>Kam was incredibly friendly, showed us around the property, and was also the person who helped us secure the house. Throughout our tenancy, we were never disturbed by unnecessary inspections. Whenever we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. When we gave notice that we wanted to move out, they were very understanding.<br><br>I have nothing but appreciation for Sonia Estates and would happily recommend this agency. I especially recommend Kam as an agent—he is an amazing person: friendly, professional, calm, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed guidance, he politely explained what we needed to do or who we should contact.<br><br>Thank you very much for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best and continued success in the future! ??????????????????

We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

He was particularly good at negotiating and empathising with our buyers when a few things came out of the survey report which sent our buyers into a panic - he def changed my perception of the typical. Estate Agent !

18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

26th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

What should have been a straightforward transaction became a complicated chain with numerous delays. However, Waqas always stayed on top of everything from start to finish.<br><br>He was always available, always chasing updates and always looking for solutions. There was times I know I was definitely his most demanding customers but he always remained patient and professional with us.<br><br>Highly recommended and genuinely the hardest working estate agent I’ve used.

We have previously tried to sell using other agents in the area and the level of service and relationship was night and day.
