22nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)KFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Really lovely people to speak to and deal with, made what's been a stressful flat hunt a big relief at the end. 20th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Had a property viewing booked well in advance for today at 2.30 with Hulya Baillie. I was running 5 minutes late and informed the agency. They said it was fine and she will wait. Arrived there and waited 25 minutes, no one showed up. Called the office and they just kept saying to wait and that they couldn't get through to the team who does the viewings. No one ever showed. Wasted my time completely and I travelled half an hour to get here and paid a bus journey. I am a hard working teacher who doesn't get free time easily so this was very frustrating. Will not be dealing with this unprofessional agency again.

22nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.
29th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

Kay took a (refreshing) relationship-based approach to getting to know us, our needs and didn't push us into purchasing his listed properties. He was (and continues to be) responsive and provided advice for us on our purchasing journey. When we sell or let our next property, Kay will be our guy! Thank you Peter and Natalia

Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself. Would definitely recommend!
10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this. With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding. All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family. Would highly recommend
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
