It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.
17th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Have dealt with Look for 30 plus years, as letting agents for an HMO & in all honesty, never had a bad experience. No none payt. & very pleasant tenants. The recent house sale went very smoothly & the consideration with which Look dealt with the tenants was reflected in their being obliging during a process that had no advantage to them.

21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.
17th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)For all the tenants, you need to very be careful before you going Hilton and fox Wembley.<br>They were good to me until I moved out. Many things happened that shocked me. First, the landlord was stealing from me by creating fake gas invoices, and they were aware of this. Second, they are trying to keep all of my deposit, and not answering my calls or responding back. I was very kind to them. If i knew they were like this, I would have been more cautious with them from the beginning.
14th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Myself and my partner have had the pleasure of working with Bond & Sherwill for the past 4 years as tenants and we honestly could not have asked for better agents. The whole team, with a particularly HUGE shoutout to Amy and Lee, are brilliant! Always quick to offer advice and assistance with anything we needed. Having worked with our fair share of different agents over the years, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest and we cannot recommend them enough!
30th May 2026 (28 days ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.
8th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We as a family were looking for a bigger home on and off for a number of years. Had seen many properties in our chosen area and even put in a few offers that didn’t work out. We found Ryann at Orient Estates to be a real breath of fresh air. Personable and down to earth, he really listened and understood what we needed and showed us the best properties, gave sound advice from years of experience and used his excellent judgement and negotiation skills to help get us the property we wanted and move the purchase along. Now that the purchase is complete we can fully appreciate all the work Ryann put in. He was always ready to answer questions in person or on the phone, arranged multiple viewings, raised our concerns to the sellers, provided documents to the solicitors with speed and was very professional, thorough and well organised throughout the whole process. Buying a house is a big step and we couldn’t have done it without Orient Estates attentive service. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, a real pleasure to work with Ryann with an excellent outcome for all. Thank you once again to at Orient Estates.

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. If you are looking to sell your property in the area, do not hesitate to use them—they are exceptional!
6th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I have dealt with estate agents for the last 8 years, roughly once a year, and have, to say the least, grown to dislike and distrust them. They would always rush you, then make you wait, sometimes use you just as a bargaining chip in someone else’s offer. They have always made renting an overly stressful and convoluted process. Then we met Tay from Majestic Properties, who is unlike any other agent I have ever dealt with. He was kind, prompt, accommodating and very efficient. From organising a last minute viewing on a weekend, to taking our offer and getting it accepted on the same day, he has been on it the entire time. The referencing process was straightforward, he made our gurantors feel comfortable, he made sure we were able to move in before our previous tenancy expired, and has been available for extra help ever since. He’s very quick to organise a contractor to come in for extra installations, fixes etc, and never leaves us hanging. The only negative sensation I’ve experience during this entire process was when for a moment I thought it was all too good to be true. But Tay didn’t disappoint, and we have moved into a beautiful house, which as a bonus, is owned by absolutely lovely people. Update: a the process of moving out was also so smooth thanks to Tay and Elder, very nice and professional agents. Would recommend them to anyone.
17th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Martyn Gerard handled the selling of property 19 The Glade in Winhcmore hill , which was marketed as 3 bedroom property. We made our offer and agreed on the price , after agreement we made a survey which we paid £895 and spent £500 on solicitor fees just to find out property is 2 bedroom and loft extension is not in the lease/deed. Few times we have been told owner will add it to the deed and we have lost 5 months dealing with the property and losing money. While we were negotiating , we saw property was put back on the market as 2 bedroom with a lower price , which is now reduced even more. I was very disappointment with martyngerard winchmore hill , which i expect to be profiessionals . It was a total disaster the way they handled the process , amatuers i will say.
13th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Very disappointing experience. Ruby called us on Wednesday to arrange a viewing for Saturday morning at 10am. We received an email with 2 attachments of the tenancy fees and how to rent guide, however no confirmation of the viewing or the full address of the property. We then followed up twice in the next 2 days, however we received no response.<br>As we both work, we specifically arranged this viewing before work and adjusted our plans to make it happen. We were about to give up and send an email to cancel the viewing as we did not receive any communication from the agency, however at 7am in the morning of the appointment we finally received a text confirming the viewing. We then travelled for almost an hour to meet the agent.<br>At 9:45am, just 15 minutes before the scheduled viewing, my partner received a call informing us that the viewing had been cancelled. By that point we were already walking down the street where the property is located.<br>The lack of communication and the extremely late cancellation showed a complete lack of consideration for our time. Had Ruby responded to our emails or informed us earlier that the viewing could not go ahead, we could have avoided wasting our entire morning before work.<br>Based on this experience I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
