While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.
20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have been working with Eva from Chestertons Estate Agency during my property search, and I have been very grateful for all her support and help throughout the process. Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional estate agent.

16th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)RUN AWAY from this agency. I had a deeply disappointing experience dealing with Mr. William Delaney, Anne Hughes, and Coopers of London during a serious disrepair issue involving leaks, water damage, lack of hot water, and pest concerns. Communication was consistently confrontational, dismissive, and completely lacking professionalism. Rather than addressing urgent tenant concerns constructively, Mr. Delaney repeatedly minimized issues and adopted a hostile tone in written correspondence. We documented everything carefully with photographs, videos, and emails, which were later escalated. Instead of resolving the issues, the agency argued technicalities and unreasonable terms. We endured over 3 months of disruptive construction works while still being charged full rent, despite parts of the property — including the bathroom — being unusable. We were simply told to use a nearby gym bathroom, which was unacceptable. There were also repeated access attempts without proper consent or coordination, creating significant stress and disruption. During COVID, as an asthmatic tenant trying to avoid unnecessary exposure, I requested viewings take place in our presence and provided multiple alternative time slots. Instead of handling this respectfully, William insulted us and my medical concerns were qualified as “spurious.” He went ahead to the viewing without our consent. As tenants, we remained cooperative and repeatedly tried to accommodate access and repairs. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency, and I would strongly discourage anyone from renting through Coopers of London. Everything was handled incredibly quickly and seamlessly, with clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. What could have been a long and stressful experience was made smooth and efficient thanks to their professionalism and support. My partner and I are really looking forward to moving in, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.

As immigrants with no guarantor support, he made our move-in process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from day one. He was always responsive, supportive, and quick to handle any maintenance or repair issues. His kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued, and he went above and beyond in every way. We only moved because of a work relocation out of London. We’re incredibly grateful for all his help and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in London.
16th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely ridiculous mate they said they’ll pay us back our deposit if they cancel our application but emailed saying they wouldnt give our depo back dont bother paying them scamming company. When you pay holding deposit they said theyll take it off the market and stop other enquires but its funny because once i paid depo they never took it off the market and my friend sent a fake enquiry to see if they reply to her, not only did they reply to her, they also wanted her to send a depo. Extremely unprofessional

17th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Please be wary of them when it comes to checking out of a property. I rented a flat for 6 years, never missed a months rent and always paid on time. During my final year, agent explained landlord wanted to sell property so I naturally co-operated with them to accommodate flat inspection and viewings. Unfortunately, for agent/landlord they couldn't get a buyer or many viewings for that matter. I continued to rent for remainder of my tenancy but decided it was time to move on as there were numerous issues with flat that landlord didn't want to spend money on. Jump forward to check out and agent wanted bulk of my deposit from a tenant that has rented their property for 6 years. Naturally, there would be some fair wear and tear through normal, everyday use. And to cap it all off, the landlord has put the property back on the market for sale. So please be very wary of this outfit who suddenly go very quiet and don't want to take your calls when you are just wanting to find out why you have not had your deposit returned having vacated the property. Very disappointed.

They were ALWAYS available, and we were supported by regular visits and phone calls.<br>The open days and house viewings were stress free as Dean and Dierdre managed them. They got interested people through the door and kept us informed throughout.<br>They genuinely cared about us, and our concerns. At the same time they acted in the best interests of our buyer.<br>I do not hesitate to recommend Ewe Move Cheam and Sutton!
