While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

The service was excellent throughout — professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive. The guidance we received was clear, transparent, and trustworthy, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

13th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Initial valuation range was at low end of those from several agents consulted. No viewings, so reduced the price range. A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.

14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.
10th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I booked a property viewing with the owner, but he never showed up. When I went to their office to follow up, he wasn't there, and the staff had no record of my booking. They promised to call me back but never did. I later discovered they were still advertising the property despite no longer having it on their books. By contrast, I booked a viewing for the exact same property through their competitors on the opposite side of the road and was inside seeing it within 20 minutes.This matches my past experiences with Connor Prince, where things also ended badly. If this agency messes up, do not expect an apology. The owner will simply cut you off cold and move on without a care. He is rude, arrogant, and entirely lacks empathy. They run this office like a corner shop family business with decor stuck in the '70s rather than a modern, professional 21st-century estate agency. I would not use them again if they were the last estate agents left on earth. Dreadful people.

Despite the challenges that arose, Sam remained patient, resourceful, and always had a solution at hand. He was incredibly responsive, always available to answer my questions, and provide valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. Thanks to Sam, I am now settled in a wonderful flat that exceeds my expectations. I am deeply grateful for exceptional service and would highly recommend Parkers to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

11th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Trying to sell our flat felt like a real panic when we first started the process. We had multiple agents come through the door giving us their opinions and thoughts. When Pawan came in, I knew straight away that he was the person I wanted to sell my property. He was straight talking and there was no nonsense throughout the whole process. From day one, he was finding viewings as quickly as possible and made sure there were as many viewings as possible on the flat. All in all, I cannot recommend Cuffley Banks enough and would highly recommend anyone who is uncertain in this process to use them.

13th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
