7th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Austin and Daphne sold our 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth in October 2025. They helped us at every step throughout the very stressful process. We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .
23rd Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

29th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
4th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Barbara Gibson are a pleasure to deal with. I was a Tennant at a flat managed by them for 2 years. Any issues were resolved promptly and they are reasonable people for example, no issues in checking in/out or having the deposit returned as has sadly been the case for me with other agencies in past rentals. I specifically thank Nick Gibbs at Barbara Gibson, he made everything simple.

They have great knowledge when it comes to the property market and made sure they found the perfect tenant for my property. They kept me in the loop the entire time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent out a property.

Ronnie has been nothing short of amazing, always at hand to help with any questions I've had. Couldn't recommend them enough!

They have a very prompt team which helped in ensuring that i have a smooth move. My whole process of move was finished within a week without any delays. I would highly recommend renting from Fisks London :) !!

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
