11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
19th Feb 2026 (5 mo. ago)My experience with Latimer was alarming and left me feeling intimidated and unsafe. Communication was aggressive and hostile, and I was spoken to in a way I consider insulting, demeaning, and professionally unacceptable. The level of pressure and intimidation I experienced was so severe that I needed mental health support afterwards.<br><br>They attempted to keep my deposit using claims I dispute as untrue and unsupported by evidence. When I asked for everything to be handled properly through the formal deposit protection process (where the deposit is registered), they still obstructed and did not engage in a straightforward, evidence-based resolution. Instead, it felt like pressure and bargaining to make me accept deductions.<br><br>If you have paid rent in advance, be extremely cautious. Despite money already being paid, I was still told I “owed” the landlord. I was also given information about what I could and couldn’t do to escalate, and what “regulators say”, which did not match what I later found when checking official guidance myself — and it felt like this was being used to discourage formal escalation.<br><br>I escalated because this conduct cannot be ignored — they have to be dealt with through formal processes.<br><br>If you rent through Latimer, protect yourself: keep everything in writing, save every message, log every interaction, take dated photos/videos, keep inventories and receipts, and insist that any claim against your deposit is proven through the scheme’s formal dispute route. Based on my experience, the way this was handled fell far below what any tenant should have to tolerate.

10th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Terrible communication, we waited over a year for a repair, another time a random person was sent and not a professional to deal with infestation, or they ordered a new oven without even checking the size so when it arrived it wouldn't fit.. I'm so glad the landlord finally decided to cancel the contract with them.

An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

17th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.
14th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)DO NOT trust this company if you are a renter. We moved into a flat with the stated intention of living there longterm, and as soon as we moved in, there were serious and major safety issues (exploding plug sockets, broken appliances, dangerous floor-level windows that opened to a sheer fall). Despite our intention to stay longterm, the landlord clearly had no intention of actually doing his job. He was slow and unresponsive on high-priority repairs, and the HSC staff were little help. He put the house on sale within a few months of living there, then issued a no-fault eviction notice, which rendered most of our time in the flat into a de facto show home. Aside from the general rudeness and incompetence of the staff, it is crystal clear to me that — if you are a renter — Hurford Salvi Carr have no interest in you, other than to siphon as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs.

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

Came across a property managed by Bell homes and went to view it. Property was amazing and we loved it and started the whole process. Everything went very smooth, constant communication from Bell homes and we had the keys within 10 days. They were very professional, great communication and quick to resolve any issues we came across even extremely small things. They would have someone come out same day and fix install repair whatever it was. Extremely happy that we came across them and everything is finished now. Great team and would recommend them to any1 else that is looking to move. Thank you

If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.
27th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)There was a hole behind the kitchen built-in shelves and every day mouse got in through the hole. I told them to send engineer to fix the issue but their answer was maybe you are not clean!! So, I had to move out because of that but they didn’t give my deposit because they said you should stay more than 6 months with mice. They are extremely impolite and rude. One star is too much for them.
