We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

Most importantly, he never wastes our time and has a great ability to understand exactly what we are looking for in a property. Throughout our experience, he has been extremely professional and clearly values his clients just as much as they value him. He is reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very respectful. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a letting agent.

30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)**Update: I have since submitted a formal complaint via Foxtons' website and contacted Head Office by email, but have not received any acknowledgment or response so far. I have also emailed the North Finchley branch directly and attempted to contact a manager, but have received no response. Very disappointing experience with Foxtons due to the handling of our tenancy application. We were seriously interested in a property and ready to proceed, but the process was handled in an extremely unprofessional way. There were constant delays in sending the tenancy agreement, poor communication throughout, and long periods with no replies despite repeated follow-ups. When the agreement finally arrived, we reviewed it promptly and raised reasonable questions. Instead of receiving clear updates or timely support, we were left waiting with no proper response. We were then suddenly told that the property had been taken by another agent. As a result of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, we lost a property we genuinely wanted. Very frustrating experience and far below the standard expected from a major agency.

First time selling a property, can confirm a very stressful experience but was always reassured and advised at each step of the process. All staff were polite and courteous but would like to say a personal thank you to Megan because she was always a calm and supportive voice at the end of the phone.

He was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with throughout the process. 17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Do NOT try and sell your property with Kings Group. My partner is a cash buyer. She made enquiries about seeing a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale. The agency never arranged it but bombarded her with mortgage advice emails that she doesn’t need and never signed up to. As a result she will never get to see those properties (Kings Group are clearly not interested in selling) and now if she sees any property advertised by Kings Group she ignores it. If you are with this agency please change. They are as bad as Fox and Sons

From inception through the process, they were incredibly helpful and professional. The transition was seamless thanks to their expertise. If you’re looking for agents who truly go the extra mile, I highly recommend this duo! Besides, Empire House is exceptionally clean and maintained with caretakers present everyday. I highly recommend.

From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Alexander went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always quick to answer questions, kept me well informed, and showed real care in making sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and approachable in this industry. The whole experience felt efficient and well-managed, and I always felt supported at every step.
