Nothing was ever too much hassle for him to resolve, he dealt with any and all issues in real time that left both me and our tenants with a smile on our faces. I feel like I have something against all Estate and Lettings agents. However, dealing with Aidan was like a breath of fresh air. He was on hand every step of the way and I genuinely feel he was extremely fair and honest throughout. I have since dealt with the wider team at Courtenay after moving into one of their properties and both Kate and Suze have been wonderful too! Highly recommended all round!
