I was in the process of separating from my partner and looking for a flat to rent quickly. I spotted an online advert placed by Louise Oliver Properties, completed the online enquiry form and received a reply the same day. I was also able to arrange a viewing appointment at a time which suited me.
I met Graham, their representative, at the property who showed me around the place first and then let me have a wander around by myself. He was able to answer all the questions I had about the place too.
I left with an application form which I submitted the next day and my application was subsequently accepted within a couple of days after credit checks and references.
There was a bit of a delay before I could move in but this was beyond the control of Louise Oliver/staff and related to some compliance certification needed before the property could be let. I did make a bit of a nuisance of myself during this time but Gillian in the office was always polite and always responded to me the same day as my progress chasing emails :-) She also chased the landlord regularly for updates too and kept me informed.
Once I moved in, there was some furniture which had been left by the previous tenant which I didn't need/want. As soon as I let the office know about this, arrangements were quickly made to get it removed.
I've now been in the property two months and the other minor issues I've had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the office.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a property.

Well what can I say .i had got another company lined up for my sale, but then I kept seeing ads for louiseoliverproperties... so...I thought...why not ring them, and it was the best decision I made. Jemma is fab with the sneak peak videos, graham came out and saw me. They don’t work on commission, it’s a fixed fee, but they do their very best to get you the best price for your property. They are soooo helpful, even when your having meltdown days. I can not recommend this family firm enough. If your unsure who to use, just give them a call. It’s fabulous they have just won an award. I must admit that I've used other local Estate Agents and not really been happy with the service I've received but these are probably the best around.Nothing was to much trouble and they even answer there phones on a Sunday!Thanks Jemma and Tanya for all your help and support. :-)

I personally found Louise Oliver Properties Very welcoming and Very polite through out the shop, nothing seemed to much in the way of help they kept us informed through out the full process, i would highly recommend Louise Oliver properties to anyone selling or buying without a second thought 10 out of 10 ........

Fantastic service from the off! We have just sold a property through Louise Oliver Properties, it was a seemless and hassle free process. I was updated at every step of the way and if I had any queries they were dealt with straight away!
We are also purchasing one through the same estate agents and that's due to complete shortly.
Honestly give them a go! New agents in town, service is impeccable, fees are low, what more could you ask for?

We were sceptical at first to use Louise Oliver Properties at first to sell our home, as they weren't one of the more familiar names we had heard of within Scunthorpe. They had a brilliant introductory offer on at the time and we did wonder if it would be too good to be true. However, we are so pleased we did! From the initial phone calls to the office, the brilliant service from estate agent Josh and then the continuous updates following the sale, we couldn't have asked for a better service. Jemma did all the hard work for us and went over and above to ensure our sale went through as quick and as smoothly as possible. We would definitely recommend to all of our family and friends!
