30th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)Helen at Move2 Estate Agents, Saltcoats has been excellent in handling the sale of my parents property. They recently moved into a nursing home and I was left to sell their property. As I live offshore, this process was not easy however Helen took control and arranged everything for me, from clearing out the old furniture, arranging cleaners and showing clients around the flat, even at weekends. Her local market knowledge was excellent. I would highly recommend her for all your house move/sale/purchase requirements.

6th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)Very poor communication from the agent when trying to get an update on a property we were interested in. Many promises of phone calls and messages which never came. Lots of time wasted when we just needed to know if the property was still available or not.

Cost a little bit more going through this but we’ll worth the extra few pounds to get the best price for my house. Would highly recommend
