26th Nov 2025 (13 days ago)Very unprofessional service from this Estate agent As a tenant my rental property was transferred to Limegreen when it took over my previous Estate agent. They failed to clearly communicate the transfer of business. They take very long to actually address issues, I raised the issue of missing tiles in May which lead to a bad leak and terrible mould. From personal experience they like to play pass-the-buck The owner even told me I had no right to record my call with them which I am legally entitled to do so.
