Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

4th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

18th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot recommend these wonderful women highly enough.<br><br>We sold our first flat through them, then purchased and later sold our house through them too. They are professional to a tee. Valuations are realistic, they maintain integrity throughout the sale, and they go the extra mile. Suzannah progressed our sale and was amazing at ensuring we exchanged on time, whilst keeping the agents for my onward purchase happy.<br><br>I’m a property investor and home owner, with experience of many local and national agents. These are by far the best ones I’ve ever worked with.<br><br>Thanks so much to all the team!

18th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Buying a house is stressful but he really did manage to reduce that so much for us. His colleagues in the Chislehurst office were also wonderful when called into action.- 3rd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)On deciding to rent my property i selected Dexters in Surbiton. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

Their team were consistently professional, proactive and easy to deal with, and they took a lot of the stress out of the process. Communication was a real standout as we were kept updated at every stage and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly.<br><br>We also found the team friendly and approachable, which makes a big difference during what can be a stressful time. We always felt they were acting in everyone’s best interests rather than just trying to push a quick sale. Based on our experience, we would be very happy to use Breens again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

Fahmida, the property manager, handled everything brilliantly.<br><br>What stood out most was her communication, she kept me updated throughout, and was easy to reach. Each repair was carried out promptly with minimal disruption.<br><br>It's amazing to come across a property manager who's so responsive and on top of things. Fahmida made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.
