Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, and his support made the entire process smooth (as any leasehold purchase in London can be thesedays), reassuring, and stress free, from initial viewing to completion. From selecting and introducing us to excellent tenants to ensuring the property was well maintained the service we received was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending greenfields to family and friends and if necessary would definitely use them again. What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Their responses have always been prompt and the team has been polite, approachable, understanding and genuinely helpful. They have gone out of their way to be accommodating while also being honest and transparent throughout the process, which is something I really value.<br>I used CENTRO this year and I have been extremely happy with the service and support I have received so far. They have made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area.

We are overseas (In New Zealand) at the time of enquiring, which we thought would make viewings with other estate agents hard, but Sara was very speedy in her response to our initial email (within 10 minutes), and then within 25 minutes from that exchange, Koyer called me via WhatsApp to conduct a virtual viewing - it was a great apartment. Koyer was lovely and genuinely, responsive and fast estate agents (which is not my experience typically!) - Highly recommend!

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. 5th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.
30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

4th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

From the moment we viewed the house through to completion, Michael kept us updated every week, which made the whole process so much less stressful. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was always able to provide clear and helpful information. We really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and support throughout the purchase. Rumour has it that buying a house is one of the most stressful times of your life, but on this occasion I have to disagree! Thank you Michael for making our house-buying experience such a positive one.
13th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Lampard's, especially Hussein and Oliver, were genuinely really fantastic agents. They got us so many viewings and always emailed all relevant times and dates for accompanied viewings with loads of feedback. We eventually trusted them with our house keys to do the viewings alone as they were so professional. I honestly did not feel comfortable doing that with any of the other agencies. They are nice people who talk without all the jargon so I really trusted them and they give alot of good advice. I would highly recommend Lampards and are using them to find my next property.
