The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

From the very first viewing through to completion, Ross was always available on the phone, kept me updated throughout the process, and did everything he could to keep things moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a first-time buyer, having someone who was responsive, proactive and easy to deal with made a real difference. Ross was always happy to answer my questions and was genuinely helpful every step of the way.

Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional estate agent.

14th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)My dealings with Miriam and Kyra have been largely positive. There have been a number of issues that needed to be sorted, if you’re from the states be sure to make arrangements as far in advance as possible and inquire about amenities, WiFi, air, and all such things which are taken for granted in the states. That being said, every time I’ve had an issue, I’ve received prompt, professional, and pleasant response from my agent and her colleague, Miriam even walked a router to me in-person on a Friday afternoon. The space was good and at a reasonable rate for West End. My experience with Martinco has been a good one, I’d use them again.

They were consistently professional, polite, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout my time in the property. Their communication was always clear and prompt, and they handled everything in a very efficient and reassuring way. 20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

They are always ready to respond queries and resolve it if and when required without any lapse of time. I would highly recommend everyone to get their services.

24th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

24th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Another email on the above continuous problems with Anti Social Behaviour at 61 Erken Plaza, barking IG11 7EP. The owner and managing agent have been getting weekly emails from Encore estates about the anti social behaviour from 61 Erken plaza barking, with clear evidence in PDF files and iMovie video clips sent weekly from September 2025, before this, emails were sent by the concierge at Encore with no response, been going on for 17 months. I have been assaulted by the residence of the above address, crime reference number 01/7180921/ 26 met police. NO CHANGE - STILL ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR ALL HOURS --- WHATS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS!!! So the property of 61 Erken Plaza is owned by Komel Ali and is managed by Orient Real Estates LTD (Rameez Saeed), which has the 21st Barking east street. Under the Selective License Agreement one of the conditions is the above property has no more than four occupants, and so breaking the covenants. Also under the Dagenham and Barking council Tenants agreements, they contravene section 5 on noise nuisance and anti social behaviour in many areas. License Number BDC-177241393656 Barking and Dagenham council. I have sent a request to Barking and Dagenham council for the above to have their licence agreement to be revoked as too many breaches of noise nuisance and anti social behaviour have been broken, plus there is breach of the occupancy with up to two families living in one apartment, the licence agreement is for four occupants only. Barking and Dagenham management have informed myself they will contact me once reviewed info. This is an insert from the last paragraph on the Encore web page about anti social behaviour final solutions. Depending on the circumstances, it may be a breach of your lease/transfer covenants. This may result in the Management Company/Landlord taking action, such as demanding compliance, seeking cessation, an injunction, eviction or forfeiture. Individuals may also incur additional costs, depending on the circumstances. so under the lease agreement set out the terms and conditions is that : Weston Homes Ltd Abbey Quay Estate Management Limited Abbey Quay North Block Management Company Limited Are the Landlords of the estate, under Schedule 3. Obligations and restrictions: rule 3 and 6 set outs; Rule 3 Not to do any act or thing at the Property or on the Estate which may be or grow to be a damage Nuisance or Annoyance to the Landlord or the Block Company or the Estate Company or the Tenants or Occupiers of ANY part of the Estate. Rule 6 Not to play or use or permit to be played or used any musical instrument or television radio or similar equipment of any kind between the hours of 12 midnight and 8.am nor at any time sing or carry on loud conversations in the property so as to cause damage nuisance or annoyance to the Landlord or the Block Company or the Estate Company or the Tenants or Occupiers of any other part of the estate. so Rameez saeed has done nothing to remedy the situation with the owner Komel Ali.

Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to help move things forward.<br><br>Kevin is a real credit to the industry and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
