Gill and the whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and how proactive they were in getting all the little things sorted before we moved in. It really made a difference and showed how much they care about their clients. We’re now looking forward to enjoying Chiswick to the fullest in our new home. What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!

14th May 2026 (18 days ago)Very disappointing experience, what pictures they are posting on the website and on emails is no way similar at all, it’s not fare to put AI or changed pictures to manipulate to come down and waste our time. We viewed it just now and it’s all scrap,, But amazing customer service and agents were very good with dealing and responses. Very professional
15th Dec 2025 (24 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
