She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.- 16th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I had a really positive experience with the team at Barnard Marcus in Ewell, especially Abi, who was very helpful throughout.<br><br>She took the time to understand what I was looking for and regularly sent over relevant properties, which made the process much easier. Abi was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had, making everything feel straightforward and well-supported.<br><br>Overall, a great service and I’d definitely recommend the team.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. During what was a stressful time for us, we really appreciated the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. Adrian was always open and honest with us, giving us clear advice, never over-promising or raising our expectations.<br><br>His communication, professionalism, and straightforward approach made what could have been a stressful time feel much more manageable. We felt genuinely supported from start to finish and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

28th May 2026 (30 days ago)SLM has been my Lettings Agent for many years. I never had a problem with tenants. It is a family business. Clients have a personal relationship with SLM. It starts with availability, reactivity and transparency. Each time I contacted SLM for a problem, a question, or documentation request, I had someone to talk to, immediatly or during the day. When one has properties under management in London, problems occur regularly. Within the frame of the law, SLM has always shown flexibility, adaptability and creativity at solving problems. 5 stars for David

29th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.- 11th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I have been using the services of the Harrow Winkworth Agency for almost 4 years as a tenant and I am very grateful for their assistance, Vikesh the Property Manager in particular. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.

29th May 2026 (29 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — always keeping us updated and making sure we were fully in the loop at every stage. They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle.
