He is straight forward, you can instantly tell there is no "waffle" and he is clearly knowledgable about the Bow area, especially the Bow Quarter. I hope he doesn't mind me saying he has the advantage of experience but this really stands him apart from some of the kids we have been dealing with that have obviously never bought or sold a flat themselves, highly recommended.

The whole process has moved incredibly quickly—far quicker than I ever anticipated—and I genuinely believe this is largely down to the hard work and dedication of the team in attracting prospective buyers and arranging viewings.<br><br>Throughout the process, everyone has been friendly, professional, helpful and polite, making what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend Wards of Barnehurst to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

31st Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

They have just a small, stable team and have provided a very professional service, trustworthy and always acting with integrity. They have consistently found me good tenants and with no empty breaks during that 12 years. The experience has been far better than the big-name agencies in the personal service they provide. I would never have any hesitancy in recommending Andrew Nunn.

We really felt like they were on our side and doing their best for us. Communication was excellent be it through email or phone call. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Communication was clear, the marketing was effective, and every step felt well managed. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

17th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

13th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Ivy & Stone seem like a lovely estate agent and I really like the properties they have available. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)
