Her friendly and approachable manner also made it easy to ask questions and get the support I needed. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to move forward with a property much faster than expected. I’d happily recommend Adele and Fuller Gilbert to anyone in need of a dependable and supportive letting agent.

Everything in the flat has been working well, and Steve Dawson, who manages my contract, has done a great job. Everything is handled properly and efficiently.

19th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Not at all professional agency. They will always argue and be on Landlords side. Tenants are always at fault as per them. They dont pay attention to conversatio details and follow only where the money comes from
28th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I booked a viewing on 24 February 2026 for an appointment confirmed on 28 February at 12:00 pm. I travelled nearly two hours to attend, arrived on time, and when I called the agent to check their arrival, I was casually told the appointment had been cancelled. No one informed me beforehand. No call. No email. Nothing. This shows a total lack of basic organisation and zero respect for clients’ time. Cancelling appointments without notifying people is unacceptable, especially when customers are travelling significant distances. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I would strongly question how they handle actual clients. Very disappointing experience.

15th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. Whilst it was a difficult move due to poor solicitors on all sides, Julian went above and beyond to help get things moving through-out the process. He's who you want on your side during such a stressful time. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them. And thanks again for all the help!
