She was lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole renting process much easier for us.

29th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

An incredibly professional organisation, they were always quick to answer any questions or requests I had. Also any issues or problems within the house were sorted swiftly and without issue. Also very friendly and polite individuals, can't recommend enough.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

Even though she was acting for the sellers, she was always fair, honest and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>She was brilliant at keeping everyone updated, chasing things when they needed chasing, and helping with communication between both sets of conveyancers. She also kept in touch with the sellers, which really helped move things along when there were delays.<br><br>Buying a house can be really stressful, but Sam made the whole process much easier. She always replied quickly, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. We really appreciated everything she did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Village Properties.<br><br>The wonderful gift left for us was also hugely appreciated, it was especially enjoyed in the evening after moving on one of the hottest days of the year!!
