One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly, and communication was generally smooth and reliable. I would be happy to recommend them ??????

9th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I was dealing with vanesa tonova and I placed an offer for an apartment and she told me she sent it to the owner but she did not and lied. I chased her to find out whats going on and sent numerous messages/emails only to be ignored. Not only this but she also had a very bad attitude with me for no reason. Very unprofessional. In the end I did it through another agency but very unprofessional.

The team, Peter and Alkis, were incredibly professional, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. They both devoted a lot of time listening and guiding us through the new legislation. What stood out the most was how they truly listened to our preferences and only showed us properties that fit our needs. A special thanks to Alkis Kavouras. He made the moving process smooth and stress-free. Prompt and attentive…I highly recommend Alkis and the Wapping team to anyone looking to rent!

What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!

4th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)I called today to arrange a viewing for a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

A special thank you to Simran, our Property Manager, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. She always deals with any queries quickly and keeps us well informed, making everything stress-free. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Highly recommend!

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!

22nd Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

They even gave me a lovely welcome gift, which felt extra thoughtful. Proactive, flexible, helpful and friendly. We happen to have the same last name, but no relation, I promise!
