Karen was very friendly and professional all through the process and communication was swift and affective. They helped enormously by recommending other professionals through the process, all that were excellent in their own field. Definitely will go back to HJC in the future and highly reommend.

I’d always heard that some estate agents can be quite pushy and are more focused on making a sale than looking after their clients.<br><br>From the moment I met Patrick, though, I immediately felt at ease. He came across as genuinely warm, kind and trustworthy, and I knew he was the right person to help me sell my home.<br><br>From start to finish, the experience with Lloyds Estates has been exceptional. At no point did I ever feel like just another customer, I felt like a friend. Patrick, Sam and the entire team always had my best interests at heart, and that was evident in everything they did.<br><br>They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way, offering honest advice, and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for me. Their communication and dedication was outstanding, and they guided me through every stage with professionalism, care and genuine compassion.<br><br>What really sets Lloyds Estates apart is that they clearly love what they do and it isn’t all about making a sale. You can see how much they care about helping people sell their homes or find them a home and making what can often be a stressful process feel enjoyable and reassuring.<br><br>In fact, I’m almost sad that my sale has completed because I’ll miss speaking to Patrick and Sam so regularly! That’s how personal and supportive they have been throughout, they are genuinely good people.<br><br>I cannot recommend Lloyds Estates highly enough.. Having dealt with other estate agents in the past, I can honestly say I would never use anyone else ever again, whether buying or selling. 25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

31st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I selected Dexters as I had bought the flat from them 8 years ago in Charlton and was impressed by the service I received from Demie and Maria. However the staff has completely changed since and it feels like it’s run by not so experienced people. Lot of communication errors , not following up on time . Many times I got a feeling my flat was not the priority and weekly calls felt like “tick in the box” calls where it was clearly apparent the agent was multitasking raffling papers in background while having conversation. No single point of contact who is selling the flat, being passed around agent to agent. It was evident that the communication within the team wasn’t there which affected the sale . I would not recommend dexters .

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.

He really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, importantly, what mattered to me in finding the right home. I genuinely felt listened to throughout the whole process.<br><br>He was incredibly professional, always friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. His communication was exceptional, emails were answered incredibly quickly, nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and most importantly, he got things done.<br><br>Reece ultimately matched us with what genuinely feels like the perfect home, and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was so much easier and more seamless than I expected it to be.<br><br>A huge thank you to Reece and everyone at Centro for looking after us so well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a genuinely professional, responsive and personal service.

He was always available and all our questions were answered in no time. 24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.
