16th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)We used proctors in petts wood to both rent out a property and then to sell. Nick made the process very easy. He found us fantastic tenants and made renting a simple process with no issues . When we later on sold the property he was fantastic. In fact the whole process just took a few months. He found a buyer quickly and helped explain anything to us that we did not understand. From start to finish proctors have been brilliant. And I highly recommend them for tenancies and selling| buying.
12th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

She had a key role in the transaction and actually made it happen despite a very delayed timeline and some unhelpful roadblocks in between - she was always available, and always trying to bring everyone and everything together, with amazing communication throughout and one clear focus on getting the deal over the finish line. Stellar job from her side I must say. Very glad she was involved and will happily go back to her for any future property endeavours!

He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
28th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)We purchased through Bishop Estate Agents Orpington last Autumn. Our enquiry was handled professionally and in a friendly manner by Gill. She was respectful of our situation and accompanied us to view the vacant property to suit our requirements. She kept us advised throughout the transaction and to a successful conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending her and the services of this Agency.
8th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)The team here really doesn’t seem to care about tenants. They often do not reply to emails or requests for help. They also send the cheapest contractors possible to run checks or (if you’ve asked a few times) fix things, and they only give a 12 hour window where a contractor “might” come. If you’re gone that day, and give ample notice that you will not be in, they won’t respond to your emails, and some poor contractor will call you at 9:30pm in the rain asking where you are.<br><br>I’m unsure if it’s inexperience or the state of renting in London. We love our flat, and our landlord seems kind, our biggest thorn is working with this agency.

We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."
