Aaron Holmes and Bobby - I have no words to explain the end to end service received from booking in an appointment to view the property, signing contracts, support during the tenancy and seamless handling of closure and return of deposit. I had a terrible experience with my previous one and Bobby and his team were a sigh of relief. I have worked with Bobby since 2020, and he has been absolutely amazing at accommodating to my needs as a landlord in every way. Just completed a recent transaction for a 3 bedroom house with Aaron Holmes in Gants hill. Overall experience was very positive and Bobby helped me out at every step give I was a 1st time buyer. There was a bit of back and forth with the Vendors on pricing, completion dates and survey assessments etc etc but I must say Bobby managed both sides very well and eventually helped with the closure.
