I wouldn’t even give it a one star review the housing association don’t care about anyone other then stick up for the person in the wrong and no investigation we was bullied out of our property from one of there tenants we was council and she was with arches housing association we had to leave because of violence and they never went to see her or look at the evidence we had she has broken her tenant agreement by harassing use and making noise nothing was done so don’t go with this housing association because they dont investigate serious allegations about there tenants wrong doing... Absolutely awful. No repairs get done. No customer service skills. If repairs get arranged they leave with a leak for a week or more even if you have disabled children. Repair standard is awful. Currently i have no working boiler till next week and they don't care are we not worthy of help just cos we are in social housing. Always do a shod job tate plumbers are the worst.... Read more

When I moved in the property the bath had been broken by the workers and a new one had been ordered. They fitted the new bath, that was nothing like the other and looked old, also you can’t lay in it as it was a lot smaller than the previous one, I have been having problems with the bath since it was fitted, when I go to shower it leaks all the time from the sides wetting the bathroom floor through. Then I have a massive leak on my living room ceiling and the same guy who came out said that’s not a new bath! I said I know but you fitted it he was in shock. He then said the leaks not coming from the bath it’s the toilet and he had fixed it. The very next day my living room was dripping with water everywhere, I waited 4hrs for someone to come out! In this time it had gotten worse and a different guy came out and said your very lucky your ceiling had not fallen in and that all alone it was the bath that was leaking but he had no tools to fix it so he turned the pipe from the bath off so we can’t use the bath at all. He said someone would be coming/calling today to resolve the issue as I need a complete NEW bath because the one that has been fitted is a mess, no one has called at all or been out and this bath is no good at all even if it was fixed which no one’s done it’s an old bath, even the guy who fitted it said as soon as he walked in that’s not a new bath, its look terrible and leaks in the bathroom then my living room ceiling becomes wet.
