Lynn is really helpful and knowledgeable and spends time ensuring you get the right mattress for you. I had recently slipped my disc in my back and we needed a much more supportive mattress. Omg this place is amazing. The owners are such lovely people. I had an issue with my mattress being unable to get up the stairs, I rang them and they sorted me out within 24 hours. My mattress is PERFECT for me, I was worried about getting one that could properly support my back and they sorted me right out, haven’t slept this well in YEARS!! The customer service here is second to none. The owners were really patient in putting up with my constant questions about investing in our next mattress...because it is an investment and they understand this. They have a really broad range of mattresses to suit all budget types and I also loved their relaxed approach to sales, not like other shops (that will not be named) where we were hounded from the second we walked in. Visited today and we were blown away. There were so many beds to choose from and lots of mattresses to lay on! Coupled with the outstanding customer service I highly recommend purchasing a bed from here. I can honestly say I have never come across people who are so welcoming, friendly and caring. My daughter explained what she was looking for and they’ve managed to help her choose her dream bed. The design, colour and material are all exactly what she wanted and the quality of the beds is outstanding! I went in for pillow advice as I have spent quite a bit over the years on pillows and always never quite got the right one, memory foam I have never got on with. Lynne was friendly and welcoming, after a long discussion about pillow types she allowed me to trial a pillow for one night!
