The worst Estate agents i have ever experienced. Be warned!!!! Not only do the staff lack any intelligence but quite frankly should be barred from operating such a shoddy business. Michael Chan let the most appalling flat to me the a rat wouldnt have lived in it was so filthy. He lied to his tenants regarding the piggish landlords owning the property. We have had a great experience with Bennett Mason, we have just moved into a great two bedroom apartment and the whole experience has been fantastic. I was a bit skeptical about using a smaller agency but I was proved totally wrong. Michael was straight forward and kept us informed of everything throughout the process and come move in day everything was organised down to the finest detail.
