The worst Estate agents i have ever experienced. Be warned!!!! Not only do the staff lack any intelligence but quite frankly should be barred from operating such a shoddy business. Michael Chan let the most appalling flat to me the a rat wouldnt have lived in it was so filthy. He lied to his tenants regarding the piggish landlords owning the property.
NEVER EVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUFFER FOR THE WHOLE TERM OF YOUR TENANCY

I strongly recommend Bennett Mason if you're searching for a flat. Xavier found me a 1 bedroom flat following my requirements.
They are doing a great job, they keep you updated of everything, they are very proactive and flexible. Thank to them I have found a flat in less than a week.
I probably told them one hundred time, but again, thank you very much for your great and serious work !

We have had a great experience with Bennett Mason, we have just moved into a great two bedroom apartment and the whole experience has been fantastic. I was a bit skeptical about using a smaller agency but I was proved totally wrong. Michael was straight forward and kept us informed of everything throughout the process and come move in day everything was organised down to the finest detail. I would definitely recommend Bennett Mason and Michael in particular. I hope to continue a great professional relationship with them.

Having used many agents in the past I found them to be easy to deal with and always followed through with any promises made.
They found me tenants in 1 week, completed all referencing and contracts in 48 hrs.
Very pleased overall would recommend and use them again.
