I have experienced incredibly poor service from Mr Tate. It took him 9 days and 6 telephone calls to finally arrange a possible valuation. Following my comment about the level of service he was sarcastic to me after I informed him that due to the lack of contact I had instructed a competitor to sell 1 of 6 properties that I wish to sell.
