Impossible to get hold of and would not return over paid rent.
Would not recommend as a tenant as they had a large volume of viewings with very little warning. The customer service is poor as they are the hardest people to contact for repairs and you will be charged if they deem the call out unnecessary, e.g. broken kitchen cabinets and leaking showers.

If I could give a worse rating I would. Service from lettings is appalling, especially in so called (and over priced) management service. They act for freeholders and not leaseholders and charge service charges without proper consultation, and over charging leaseholders. Never get a full answer and now seeking legal situation.
Don't trust and never let them manage your property.
