BEFORE I WRITE MY REVIEW I NEED TO STATE MY EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST. I HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH DIFFERENT AGENCIES SUCH AS DASH LIVING BOTH IN SINGAPRE AND HONG KONG, SOME AGENCIES IN CHINA AND THE U.S. ALL OF THEM ARE POLITE, KIND AND HELPFUL. WE DID MAINTAIN A GOOD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. THIS TIME I HAVE TO MENTION A STUFF, KATY ELSDON OF LEADERS. I MET HER SINCE DAY ONE I WAS IN THE UK. SHE WAS GENTLE, PATIENT ETC. SINCE THEN I HAD NUMEROUS CHANCES TO DEAL WITH HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM RATHER SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT. I FELT THE DIFFERENCE WHEN THERE WAS A TIME I WAS CONTACTED BY ANOTHER STAFF. NOW SHE IS BACK. I CAN TELL YOU THIS, KATY IS NOT JUST YOUR BUSINESS COUNTPART BUT A FRIEND. WHEN I NEED SOMETHING THE FIRST SOMEONE COMES UP TO MY MIND IS KATY. SHE HAS BUILT UP THE COMPLETE TRUST WITH ME. I DARE TO SAY KATY IS A KIND OF ASSET OF LEADERS.... Read more

Absolutely terrible. I had a viewing arranged for a flat and the agent, Finlay, never showed up. Apparently I emailed him to cancel the viewing, which I never did. This caused me to waste £30 and 2 hours of my time. I can only hope the other staff at Leaders are not as useless as Finlay... Read more
