Absolutely disgusted by the lack of organisation the houses are poorly built the garden are waterlogged all year round. The site manager is not a manager at all as he does nothing but make snarky remarks and belittles you would not recommend at all.... Read more

Absolutley Dreadful. Would not recommend! House No: 56 Are always so rude and inconsiderate about others and i had made multiple reports of this and nothing was done about it. Especially at times when people are trying to sleep and they have music beaming out of the windows. it is not very nice when i have a newborn. Whatever you do don't move near them because you will regret it from the experience i have had it is not nice at all. i soon left and found a better place on the site and has been a god send. The houses are quite bad and often have quite a few issues. but i got them sorted fast which im so thankful for! The owner and site managers are very polite and welcoming just a shame about some of the residents living on there that spoil it.... Read more

Really nice community, been here 2 yrs and yes, had some house issues which have been sorted by the site manager pretty quickly, leaking porch, boiler issue, leaking shower, but like I said, all sorted, house has started its cracking as it's now settling which is normal, all in all it's been a good decision to buy here and I would recommend to others... Would NOT recommend. They messed up the part exchange contract and then came back to us asking for another £20,000 or we lose the house. We walked away from it and it took them MONTHS to sort it out and give us our money back. Would give 0 stars if possible. If you DO decide to go with them, don't let them fob you off with their recommended conveyancers, they were useless at sorting anything and did not support us when DWH came knocking for extra money....
