No good at all can never get hold of anybody via mobile or landline and the times I actually did get through on the phone I mentioned you need to sort that out because what if we’re calling for an emergency and you don’t answer and I even turn up at the office to give our notice in writing and there’s nobody there not even a letterbox on the door and it said appointments only with the mobile and landline displayed on the door and I’m like how on earth can we make appointments when you don’t answer your phone and most of the time the phone calls don’t returned so I would highly not recommend at all unless you want a nightmare of a time making phone calls or postponed appointments how that business is still running I’ll never know... Absolutely do not use this Lettings agency. I do not know what has happened to them but as a Landlord you expect them to manage your property in a professional manner. However, they ignore your phone calls and ignore your emails. The office is always closed and you have to call them to arrange an appointment, which is ok if they answer the call or email. We have had a few issues with them over the past couple of years and we have just removed our second property from their listing... Read more
