DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ESTATE AGENT*** BE WARNED I took Hilary's to the Property Ombudsman due to multiple failings including refusing to give back my deposit for a purchase of a house which turned out to be structurally deficient, she was not registered at the time with an ombudsman as required by law and also multiple failed to adhere to laws governing estate agent practices. She refused to return my funds even though i had a contract in writing with her. I WON, they ruled in my favour on every single count and she was forced to return my deposit. Find a reputable estate agent who will not try and scam you I would give them 0 stars if i could... Read more

You get a more personal service with Hilary's Estate Agents than what you would using some of the 'Big Names' who don't care as much about the customer, only the commission cheque.
