Very bad experience the second I walked through the door. My appointment was set for 12:30 I arrived at 12:15 Filled in the application form Did not get seen until 13:30 Anyway I got called Says on website DSS and no deposit but he proceeded to ask me if I have over 1000 saved up to move in. And got told with my income I'd struggle and he was speaking very loudly. I walked out of there feeling embarrassed... Read more

I recently came across an ad on Gumtree and decided to reach out. After providing my number, I received a call to schedule an appointment for last Monday. Upon arriving at the office, I was asked to fill out a form, only to then be left waiting without any explanation. The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. Additionally, witnessing another individual being ignored when requesting their deposit back was concerning.
