Shocking!!! You make an offer at full asking price for a property, on the agreement the property is no longer marketed. They agree and accept your offer then they continue to market property behind your back. Whilst telling you nothing is happening when you see it marketed in the background. They let us instruct solicitors and incur costs. Then suddenly have another buyer.
Truly Unprofessional, unethical, they ring and lie to you, steer well clear, it’s a pity you can’t give them no stars.

The man comes to value the house with dirty shoes and not vearin mask. Entering the kids room with shoes not respectable people at all.
No mask and we have old people leaving with us. No recommend them at all.
Really sad with this agent specifically with the old man who value the houses.

Throughout my recent rollercoaster of a house sale, Karen worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Her patience, perseverance and determination to achieve the sale was apparent from the beginning and continued right until the end. I was regularly updated by phone, mail or email on viewings, offers or conversations with prospective buyers and my questions were always addressed promptly and thoroughly. This professional yet personal approach gave me the confidence in knowing exactly what was happening throughout the sale despite not living in the area. Johnsons were efficient and value for money, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone trying to find a reliable estate agent.

We live in Cheshire and recently sold the bungalow in Doncaster in which my mother in law lived. We chose Johnsons estate Agents who are an independent well established local estate agent - this turned out to be a wise choice as there was a good level of regular communication throughout the process, particularly by Val who was our "one stop shop". Good value for money with good customer service and the job done - what more can you ask for. Thanks for your help

This is a small, friendly business which offers great value for money. The valuation process was highly professional. The photographs showed our house off very well. Karen's communication was excellent throughout. I'm sure larger estate agents would struggle to offer the same level of personal service. Thank you.
