Have heard good things about this agency, never personally been myself but nothing but good things I have heard Edited* I had to edit this review, I now have rented through leaders for approx 7 months, worst agency, I would rather live in a bin, the disrepair, mould, caving in floors to my property all my reports made to leaders have just gone into the bin as I’ve heard nothing from them, Julie the property manager always says issues are just forwarded but never chased up I have to do it myself to which a whole new report is made and nothing ever done, Safe to say I will never rent through leaders ever again, I’ve now had to send my newborn child and my disabled partner to a bed and breakfast because someone tried breaking into the property as the main door has been broken for months and they still refuse to fix and my front door is now completely broken and is able to be pushed open, I now have to stay here in a non secure property sleeping with one eye open because I don’t know what’s going to happen if I goto sleep and someone comes in and ransacks my house AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS AGENCY AVOID AVOID AVOID I would rather live in a bin it would be more secure....
