I stayed here for a while it was awful The mattress was so dirty I can't explain,a it was changed after complaining many times . The heating is non existent resulting in constant mould and bad health.I had to throw away a lot of my clothes when I left I would not recommend it especially in the winter it's horrible. There is absolutely no privacy.as you have 4 tiny homes in one pod.Dont be fooled by the pictures... Read more

Lovely place in the summer.. Friendly residents, has everything u need to live comfy. U get what u pay for.. Only issue I have is the washing machine rule and laundry facility. Laundrette is a 10min drive so not the end of the world. Gated parking.. A little cold in winter. Would recommend.... Read more

Appalling rental service - they rent out units with debt attached, which you have to sort out yourself. Electricity by meter only - expensive. Cold in winter and boiling in summer. The service is good when there is a problem - locks/shower/windows etc. £ good for short term lets.... Read more

Water everywhere, and ducks floating in them . Couldn't imagine living in a caravan, but each to their own . You do get free use of fishing in the 2 lakes and the golf course, and it's cheap but not particularly cheerful.... Read more
