The experience with this agent has been shocking from the outset when i was obviously not being told the truth as to why I couldn't move in as planned and wasted three nights on hotels and my personal possessions locked in a car. Fast forward to moving into a house that was filthy with limescale rocks at the bottom of the toilet bowl, a filthy house, a hallway carpet that was rancid, paving slabs green and slippery from neglect. Windows with no locks leaving me unable to get any contents insurance for my own possessions . A front door that popped itself open in the night that took five months to repair. mice coming out of the floorboards and joining me for dinner. And all this with the gesture of goodwill in paying all your rent in advance. And now nearly four months after moving out they are attempting to make claims for 'cleaning' and 'gardening'. The cleaning was immaculate and throughout the time living in the property a gardener was employed every week with their last visit being the day we vacated this property. This agent is so bad that they didn't even notice what I fully expected to be charged for in leaving the property namely …..(if they actually did their job they would know this and charge me for it). But no, they are pulling the 'double glazing salesman' trick of most letting agents by claiming the house needed cleaning and the garden needed attention. Because this tried and tested method of taking our deposit monies works for them as it's so hard to dispute. Guys I have detailed check in and check out photos, because i knew FOUR MONTHS after moving out you'd be claiming the house and garden needed cleaning.... Read more

The worst letting agency I've had to deal with. As a long term tenant, I've used a few letting agencies. There did not do so great, when I first viewed the property, they did not have all the keys for all parts of the house. So I had to make a second appointment for another viewing. On the second viewing I noticed the oven was not cleaned, I mentioned this and asked if it was going to be cleaned, the person showing me the property confirmed the house would be to standard. The kitchen drawers had dirt and pieces of food in them, I pointed this out also. On the day of moving to the property, lie and behold the oven and kitchen drawers has not been cleaned. The oven extraction was full of dust, so I spent my first day at the property cleaning it, I was not impressed. When I moved out, I left the property how I have always left them, clean and tidy. I've always had brilliant references and got my deposit back. I got picked up for a small empty cardboard left in the wardrobe, and they were going to charge me for removal. I was gob smacked, after the condition they let me move into this property, it was unreal. I certainly will not be using leaders ever again. I would rather rent privately, as they hardly did anything.... Read more
