Monreal Shaw have been signing tenancy agreements that I have no knowledge of, charging rent in excess of what is being accounted for to me, whist pocketing the difference. My instruction was to rent the apartment to include a parking space - Monreal Shaw have been charging tenants an additional £150pcm for the parking and pocketing this without the landlords knowledge... A very professional lettings agent. I came to Monreal Shaw after a nightmare experience with another agent. Moe who was overseeing the move into my new home was very understandable and he seemed to know exactly what I wanted. What’s more, he didn’t try to squeeze any more money out of me like the previous agent at another firm tried to do. To cut a long story short, I love my new home and Moe was able to make the transition super easy at great value for money too.
