I support the feedback submitted previously about the inability to get in touch with the agents. I've called the reception 5 days in a row about arranging a viewing of a flat and I'm still expecting that some magic will happen and someone will finally call me back. A very professional lettings agent. I came to Monreal Shaw after a nightmare experience with another agent. Moe who was overseeing the move into my new home was very understandable and he seemed to know exactly what I wanted. What’s more, he didn’t try to squeeze any more money out of me like the previous agent at another firm tried to do. To cut a long story short, I love my new home and Moe was able to make the transition super easy at great value for money too.
