Morris homes aftersales service is appalling. They have no customer service professionalism, their employees tell lies and/or are very incapable. Wait for someone else to buy the house, go through the disgraceful painstaking experience of dealing with the snag issues and buy at a later date or buy from another developer. Take it from someone currently going through all this along with all of my immediate neighbours. Read reviews going back to 2014 or beyond and be warned. There are rumours that the waive of positive reviews being added to Morris Homes online presence’s are not all they appear to be ?!... Read more

The roads and cul de sacs are very very quiet and you'd expect that to a degree since its a new build. Don't really like the interior room layout though. A lot if the rooms are small, especially bedrooms and secondary bathrooms. Windows and roofs seem to be of high quality though but plot size may be an issue.... Read more
