Worst agency to ever exist on planet earth. Greedy money grabbing scums, within the first inventory myself and wife pointed out woodlice, water leaking from upstairs bathroom, damp walls, mould, there was no Gas safe certificate either, dust and dead flies left on the window sills. We had to relentlessly clean the property including the cooker and oven which kept ticking off the carbon monoxide alarm, dirt and the landlord's belonging left behind including cups, pans, crockery and disgusting old bed sheets and duvets in the cupboards. None of this was ever addressed even though the woodlice and damp/mould on the walls were a hazard to our health and Tracey Bowden the vile creature had the audacity to deduct £900 from our deposit at the end of the tenancy and on top of that speak to myself and my pregnant wife with utter rudeness and disgust. How do you sleep at night?! AVOID at all costs! I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever, no consideration for us as tenants, zero customer service, all they care about is money!
Look at the image of how much disgusting muck that came out of the oven we had to clean with detergent and scrape into a plastic bag and they said it was spotless when we moved in, how do they lie without any remorse at all???!

AVOID this estate agent. I have just lost my sale due to the property O'onnor Bowden marketed which had no building regulations in place! I have good reason to believe they had full knowledge of this before marketing the property. I wouldn't even give them 1-star, they are utterly soulless individuals.

AVOID! I would put zero stars if I could. Moved into a flat without working ventilation (and no opening windows). They told me it wasn't an urgent matter even though I was severely unwell within a week. Appalling service, they hung up on me twice, didn't refund me the rent I was due after moving out of the flat which was inhabitable!

The staff quite responsive to any enquiry and problems that I have as the tenant. Better call the office for urgent matters.

Would put zero stars if I could. Would not advise anyone to sign a tenancy with this agency. No response to emails so any issues will not be dealt with and if it’s not for their financial benefit, they aren’t interested! If you haven’t committed yourself to a tenancy already, I would strongly urge you to go no further. By far my worst rental experience, failing to respond to anything. I just hope the landlords realise they are paying this agency for zero service.

Avoid at all costs! Due to the busyness of Christmas and moving house I made the honest mistake of not cancelling a standing order for rent after moving out of one of their properties. They told me they could send the money back first thing Monday, then on Monday told me that I'd be charged £30 just for them to send me my money back! I pleaded that I am not great financially and asked if they could waive this arbitrary fee. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour! They do not care about tenants, they are a greedy agency!
