?? AVOID ?? This amateur outfit who are incapable of property management.
This Weymouth based small firm has to be the most incompetent, unprofessional but obnoxious Letting Agents I have ever encountered anywhere in this country.
The most worrying concern is they are thieves, who when you challenge them when they fail to ensure repairs are carried out to a professional standard, they send you the bill.
They are incapable of property management given how inexperienced the young staff members are who are employed here and they are extorting monies from both their Landlords and Tenants.
When I had no heating due the another fault with the gas central heating system, the only senior member of staff who operates this agency turned her mobile phone off.
They use a disgraced local solicitor in Weymouth who is now placed under restrictions by the SRA who then attempts to intimidate you.
They also fail to ensure utility bills are paid up to date from previous tenants.
This is a firm I would absolutely NOT recommend to anyone

The worst. If only we have an option to change management, we will. requested for repair feb 2018,not its december 2018 nothing happens. They will always say ''leave it with me'' but hasnt done anything. High maintenance fee and you cant get anything out of it. Worst

No staff to answer the phone so no sale. I would call that no service. Best I go somewhere they employ people. Would have given no stars if I could have done
