Poor communication, constantly chasing up a sale we had through them. After 20 weeks the buyers pulled out... apparently something to do with funds but this should have been checked at the beginning. Never returned our key either. We got rid of them and sold it with Forbes straightaway. Didnt have any messing around with forbes like we did with these. Very unprofessional and i would never ever use them again or recommend them either. Absolute rubbish, just go elsewhere and save all that messing about and constantly having to chase them up!!!

A house on my street went up for sale with Sandra.
Reminded me of when I was younger and she turned her nose up at me and 2 of my friends. She said yes then when I turned up on my bike and shorts (it was summer) she suddenly changed her mind.
Never met a more stuck up, rude woman in my life.
Back when you couldn’t write a review!
Well I didn’t forget.
Always be nice to people.

My partner and I stated our desire to pay more than what was being asked in order to secure a particular property. No one followed this up with ourselves to find out how much more we would be willing to pay which I thought was strange. This is essentially doing ourselves and the other party involved a disservice. When I politely queried this on the phone, the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude.
The lady in the office then said she was "glad I didnt get the property anyway," not very professional.
If I were a landlord I would not use this company as they are clearly not willing to go that extra mile to make sure you earn as much money as possible.

Very friendly, efficient service with a personal touch. House sold on 1st day on market but has taken time to complete due to the chain. Sandra and team have chased and kept in touch.
