Shame on Strats . I rented an apartment for ten years , VIP tenant they said . Two months ago the flat suffer rats invasion . We heard the animals scratching the walls day and night . We had to leave in a hurry in order to save our mental health . We left behind our goods , tv sets , tables , bed , tools , and many others things . Lots of money I say . They said rats were not a good reason leave the flat in that way . They never give our deposit back …. Shame on you George . Money is not everything in life , one day you will learn that lesson .... George has been like a mentor representing his company who also have great staff! I have interacted mostly with George and it has always been pleasant. He supports and understands me as a landlord and tries to help but communicates quite well to guide me on solutions or possible future implications with regards to the property or tenants. One of the worst letting agents in Hatfield. All they care about is Rent! Nothing else! I rented out a single room near De Havilland campus in a 7 bedroom house. Only 7 people are allowed to stay to stay in this property but there is a girl, who is permanently living with her husband in a single room (breach of contract, HMO licence, obviously her husband hasn't done any right to rent in UK) in our house for 2 months now. Her room is besides me. They are always loud at nights, creating issues and the washroom which was already shared among 3 people is now shared among 4 people and they don't keep it clean. I can't sleep most of the nights due to the noise and idk why they keep on banging the walls constantly in the mornings and nights. Reported to Strats main office multiple times and guess what? They don't care at all. One of the agents literally told me to get out of office and hire a solicitor. So, if anyone is reading this review, please stay away from them. I hope my landlord (Mr Dipak shah) would read this comment and do something about it (cause strats are absolutely useless and helpless in this situation) if he cares about his HMO licence. Still living in this hell hole cause I am bound by the contract.... Read more
