Me and my partner managed to find a property to rent through the letting people as new graduates. The landlord of the first property we applied for decided to go with another applicant after which Victoria helped us find a similar property in the area super quickly and it has has worked out perfectly for us. Incredibly helpful and personal service. I’ve dealt with other letting agents who treat tenants like a cash cow and have no interest in them but this company has been amazing with changing circumstances. Title: Terrible Experience with Agent - Do Not Recommend I had a truly disappointing experience with Victoria in Leamington Spa. It has been over six months since I vacated the property, and I am still awaiting the return of my deposit. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have been met with a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability from the agent. Throughout the check-out process, the agent appeared satisfied with the condition of the property. However, when it came time to return my deposit, I was directed to contact my landlord, who has been consistently unresponsive. This lack of assistance and support from the agent has left me feeling both frustrated and disregarded. I strongly advise against engaging with this agent for any property-related matters. The negligence and unprofessionalism I have experienced are unacceptable, and I would caution anyone in Leamington Spa against utilizing their services. In conclusion, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I cannot emphasize enough how imperative it is to steer clear of this agent. Response : Throughout my tenancy, I consistently fulfilled my responsibilities, including timely rent payments and promptly reporting any issues as per our agreement. However, I have observed a lack of assistance from your end in facilitating the return of my deposit. Furthermore, I am perplexed by the excessively high charges for property cleaning and maintenance that were deducted from my deposit. These charges do not align with the satisfactory condition of the property, which was confirmed during your visit. I urge you to recall the condition of the property and reconsider the charges imposed. Please go through letting agent roles and responsibilities once again so this wont happen to further tenants....
