Don't bother with them. First to call on a flat, first to view, first to submit application. Called almost everyday to chase up the progression and they clearly ruled me out from the beginning. Never stayed in contact, almost acted like they had zero energy to speak to me. Then clearly let the flat out without even telling me. I work 5 days a week, make good money and would of been a perfect Tennant. Wouldn't bother even looking at their listings again.

Worst company!!
I was only renting temporarily on a 6 months lease. During this time one of the windows wouldn't close which I had to wait over a month for them to sort out and the kitchen tap was broken and was mould on the windows. I cleaned after leaving the property but they tried to charge me for the mould that was already there, cleaning fee to hoover around 4 crumbs on the floor even though I hovered (which they pay someone that lives in the building to do, then they send an inflated charge), a new end strip which was due to wear and tear, and 1 blind slate even though this was missing when I moved in. I was waiting over 3 months for my deposit so I went to get a statutory declaration to get it sorted

Not helpful at all I took my property I was looking to rent out with them to Connels who are soo much professional and on the ball with things. It seemed like urban link did not want to know about my property I had.

Recently, I transitioned a number of properties from Homepoint and they conducted the matter with the upmost professionalism.

Around 4 million people in UK are working at flexible hours and they are earning very good.. They even have their own house with their earnings, so this can not be reason to deny a property as our work is on flexible hours unless and until its secured and permanent.. So poor services and base less choosing options.. Everyone has the right in UK to live either having flexible hours work or permanent..
