We have recently completed selling our home through William’s Way and cannot recommend them highly enough! At our initial meeting with Wil, we really loved his attitude and philosophy and most importantly, honesty towards the entire process ahead of us.
We were so pleased with the pictures Wil took of our home and the listing showed the house off to its very best. Luke was polite and very efficient in producing our EPC report. Harriet kept us well informed with regular feedback from our viewings.
Once our home sold, Richard and Harriet’s communication was great, keeping us informed with regular updates and chasing various other parties as necessary. We were reassured throughout. We used Williams way to sell my late fathers property.
They were very professional but friendly and very helpful. We lived out of the area so they did all the viewings and always gave feedback after to let us know how it went. Unfortunately the corona virus came just after we put the house on the market but they still continued to market the property and did virtual appointments throughout the lockdown.
Wil was amazing and on one viewing discovered a leak from the toilet and actually went back to the house later and turned the water off for us as we couldn’t get up there.
We have now sold and are completing on the house this week.
I throughly recommend the family run business to anyone thinking of selling.

Wil and Richard have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our first home. Whilst not being the cheapest quote we recieved we decided to go with William's Way because of their sincerity and honest valuation of our property. It was also great to be supporting a local family business. The photos Wil took were professional and really showed off our property on the adverts. The communication was throrough and we recieved a call every week updating us on the status of our sale.
We managed to secure a sale within a week of listing our property and it took less than 2 months to get through to completion thanks to the hard work of Williams Way and our solicitor (who was recommended by Wil).

Moving house after 40yrs is an emotional experience. Williams Way listened and were sensitive to this. They were not at all pushy and although they offered advice for selling our period property they willingly followed on our wishes. The property sold the weekend it went on the market for viewings. I had always understood that moving house could be a stressful situation. I can honestly say that the whole process was anything but stressful. We are now settled and delighted in our new home and would like to thank the personal touch and professionalism of Wil and Richard at Williams Way for making our house move a stress free situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending William's Way. They have made the usually stressful experience of selling a house so much easier by their friendly, honest and incredibly helpful approach. Estate agents often get negative press and after quite a few dealings with others I can understand why. William's Way is totally different. They managed to sell my house with ease when all others had failed even to the point of having two offers at once. They also seemed to genuinely care and I felt that I could call them anytime and they would resolve any worry or problem I had. Couldn't have been better.

Will impressed from the moment he stepped over the threshold of my Mum's bungalow. He was amiable, knowledgable, truthful and very pleasant to deal with. We had three estate agents round, one after the other, and Will stood head and shoulders above the others so the decision as to who to use was easy, ( one didn't even get in the door because of their attitude). The agreed 'deal' was acceptable and the property was on the Internet within a couple of hours. He then kept us fully up to date with viewings and advised as to the financial considerations leading up to an offer and consequent sale. It was from beginning to end seamless.
